Deposit will be taken to hold your spot. $100 for a quarter, $200 for a half and $350 for a whole.
Average hanging weight is 400-600 pounds.
Estimated cost for a quarter beef is $700-$800 with 100-120 pounds of custom cut take home meat.

Recommended Locker Beef Cuts
Filet, Tenderloin, Rib Eye, New York, T-Bone, Top Sirloin (skirt, blade, flat iron, flank)
2 steaks per pack 1-1 ½ inch thick cut.
Roast – vary by customer choice (2-4 lb packs)
Ground beef (1 lb packs)
Specialty beef – i.e. heart, liver, kidney, tongue, bones etc. Specify to butcher.
