LOCKER BEEF

Hereford/Angus Longhorn cross. Quarters, halves and whole. Place orders now for this fall.

Price per pound varies with the market.

Deposit will be taken to hold your spot. $100 for a quarter, $200 for a half and $350 for a whole.

 

Average hanging weight is 400-600 pounds.

Estimated cost for a quarter beef is $700-$800 with 100-120 pounds of custom cut take home meat.

About 2 apple crates worth.

Recommended Locker Beef Cuts

  • Filet, Tenderloin, Rib Eye, New York, T-Bone, Top Sirloin (skirt, blade, flat iron, flank)

  • 2 steaks per pack 1-1 ½ inch thick cut.

  • Roast – vary by customer choice (2-4 lb packs) 

  • Ground beef (1 lb packs)

  • Specialty beef – i.e. heart, liver, kidney, tongue, bones etc. Specify to butcher.
